Mahakirau Estate, The 309 Road, Coromandel

Located on the crest of the Coromandel range on the 309 Road, Mahakirau Forest Estate comprises almost 600 hectares of native forest divided into 24 private properties of 10-30 hectares.

This is resulting in the restoration of the native bush with significant improvement in birdlife and resident kiwi and kaka.
